耐热输送带的选用
The selection of heat resistant conveyor belt
依据耐热输送带所输送物料的温度、表面结构形状及粘度等参数选择输送带的类型。如当输送温度为150度的烧结矿石等大块物料,并且物料与带面接触面积较小时,带面温度保持在60-80度;当输送水泥粉等粘度较小的物料时,物料温度与带面温度相差就很小。更多信息可参照下表:
Select different type of heat resistant belt according to the temperature, surface figure,
viscosity condition and other concerned data of conveyed materials. For instance,
when conveyed materials have a temperature of 150 degree, such as the coke or sintered ect,
and have a relatively small contact area with the belt’s surface temperature remains at 60-80 degree. In contrast, material like cement is being conveyed,
there is almost no temperature difference between material and belt surface. More information please refer to the following table.

*带体温度与耐热带的使用寿命密切相关,直接影响到覆盖胶与芯层、芯层之间的粘合强度、覆盖胶的耐磨性、抗龟裂性等。应在充分调查、测量带表面温度等使用条件后,选择耐热带的类型。
*较厚的覆盖胶是保证带子较长使用寿命的重要条件。
*The life of heat resistant belt is largely affected by the belt’s surface temperature during operation.
The belt temperature directly influence not only the adhesion between cover&ply,
but also the abrasion and cracking resistant performance of cover rubber.
Please make full tests of the temperature and other conditions, and then choose the suitable type.
*Much thicker rubber is very important to ensure much longer life of the belt.
